23% Working Women Have Affairs in Office...

it is due 2 work pressure n people who come 2 work from other states n dont have any friends or relatives in town, i dont think that localites have a bigger share in this activity
 
money / growdth in carrier is not only life. such affairs affects family / childrens... future of us depends on how our kids grown.
 
truely speaking -the relation dat we develop through cooperation , understanding, teamwork greatly helps in developing a trustful bond betwn ne individual......
out of which a male n a female may get too close to each other and may feel to help n giv more time dan ne1 else.....this is hw a relationship develops. Then it may lead to a long-term or a short-term one.
 
it might be true as most of the people whom i know working is indulged in affairs at work.. and also some of them go for a long term relationships..... and according to some it is the career adjustment...
 
So what....I think these 23% would mean an equal (at least) 23% guys too - Ok it could be less that 23% too - given the "progressive" thoughts people have these days.

But anyway - a not serious enough, worthy of discussion survey from this magzine, which carries (at least one) annual survey/issue of all the birds-n-bees-n-playmates to increase its sales by reaching out to our country's 'curious' readers!

It is a well written initiative. I feel management have a social responsibility in this issue. It is the organisation that brings both sexes together at work. Hence it is necessary to maintain the work place at the professional level.

a) no hideouts within office.
b) encourage meeting/discussion only in conference rooms
c) Counsel chatting/roaming people
d) Family socialising during functions
