23% Working Women Have Affairs in Office...

Women should not have affairs in the office.. I believe anyone whether it is male or female, whether they are in a committed relationship or single should not have an affair at office otherwise they become a butt of all the jokes at the office and this vitiates the relationship between the partners...
 
if any one is having affair , there is nothing wrong in it .. they are trying to be happy at work and it does not matter untill ur affaur is affecting ur performance ..
 
If they take a survey on males having affairs it will show a bigger percentage. That can also be a reason for this result...

there are many ways of looking at it..
people who have lot of work and dedicated dont bother who is working along with them, i;e gal or boy..
where as people who are a bit out of work, have vandering mind do all this, getting attracted towards gals,,,,
and somewhere gals are also involved to take the initiative or proactiveness towards approaching for affair or relationship,,
now few women wud do it for promotion,, for sure..
and few for extra ordinary satisfaction..
but every second women or men are likely to fall in these categories//
 
itz obvious wen u spnd so much time wid unknown ppl...u tend to develop a asense of attraction 2 dem..itz jus human
 
as the maximum fruitful time any working lady is spending, is in office only...so its quite natural to get attracted towards the male colleague
 
Yes i agree but i think we are just seeing only one or two reasons their are several reasons to it .....why women or men have affairs ....

1. 60-70% of Time Spent in the Office
2. Work Culture
3. Late Night Office Parties & Meetings
4. Career Orientation or Growth Orientation
5. Less Work and Life Balance
6. Intense Competition for Career Growth

And there are several other reasons....why this is happening....these all things need to be improved
 
ya i completely agree if one wishes to be loyal he can be forever if he doesn't desire to be the same then he will always undergo something that is wrong
 
yes some do but mostly , but they try to go for an long term relationship
It is hapening because they are in the office for most of the time and they get to know each other very well this could be one reason
 
this love thing had just become a trend...........
it has become a trend to have bf/gf.....
if u dont have people think u r unwanted.......
and in an office u dunno the real life of dat person
a boy must be wearing a good shirt in the office, but what the girl doesnt kno he is wearing a phatahua(Toren) vest inside...........

well, earlier there were lesser girls working so there were lesser affairs. The study is absurd. because if they study how many girls have affair they should not forget the same number of boys are also involved. So, base less study.
