If u take an image from the web, u can insert its link in the "insert image" option that is available when u make a post. This way, the forum software directly displays the image from the link.

That can be either added as an attachment, like u've done. Or if u want to display it, then goto some file hosting service, like imageshack.us or something and upload it there. They would give u the file link.
