To begin with refer to sector reports on BPO to gain an understanding on the phenomenal growth rate of the industry. The assumption is that BPO industry would generate 6 million jobs by 2015.

Once you have an idea on growth rate, you have to understand why a job seeker takes up a BPO.. its relevance in terms of career opportunities and high paying jobs for under grads and graduates. Unfortunately, this sector also attracts one of the highest attrition rate since people jump jobs for the slightest increase in salary.

So your job then is to dig into why the attrition rates are so high. Common reasons would include monotonous work, night shifts, un-conducive environment, work ethics, growth opportunities, etc.
