This includes the questions taken from reading comprehension, which vary in number as well as the number of questions also. Other than this, the questions are of jumble sentence, grammar and vocabulary. The Quantitative Ability and Reasoning is taken from math’s which deals in the questions related to functions, trigonometry, number system, permutation and combination, equations, coordinate geometry, probability, data sufficiency, series, compound interest, maxima and minima, logs, integration and differentiation etc. the section of Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning is based on different real life problems which includes single & two dimensional data problems and other problems based on line graph, pie chart and tables. The GK covers most of the current affair topics. The GK also test the knowledge about history, Geography, Indian constitution, global business environment, Science, major global events and with all this it also cover the topics related to business world such as top business executives names who have been in news in recent times, mergers and acquisition,etc. The time limit for these questions is 120 minutes only.

Structure and Syllabus for IIFT MBA (IB)
IIFT MBA (IB) examination is of two hours duration and the questions for the exam will be objective type. The questions will be included from the following four areas.

Based on the score of the candidate in the entrance examination, he will be short listed and called for the later stage of the admission process which includes Group Discussion, Interview. There will be an essay writing session also, for final selection.
