Absolutely not it's quite simple, if you thing that you have the thing in you which helps to get the job done then you don't need to study at all for it.
When you enter the war-zone with the intention to fight but you don't know how fight trust me you will take some very heavy blow but in the end you will end up to be the best fighter in the world. And the teacher which teaches us the MBA has no experience of running a company so one who has never entered the war-zone himself can't teach us to fight

The answer is absolutely yes. The main reason is that just about every skill you gain by doing an MBA could be useful to you as an entrepreneur. ... You really need a wider set of skills to be an entrepreneur compared to being a regular business manager
 
I don't think there is anybody like a regular business manager. Taking the example of Mark Zuckerberg. He had no business degree but still where Facebook is today is due to his selling skill
There are numerous example of person without any formal business education who are on the top of food chain and the one with the gold medal in Business Management are working for them.
But yes are always Exceptional cases
