Airtel issue : Unable to activate any new plan onto my mobile . Please help !

I am having Airtel connection. I activated 2G plan on my mobile for 98 rs from Airtel online recharge site. It is having a validity of 21 days. Now after 15 days my 2G amount is finished before validity. But i am unable to activate any new plan onto my mobile . I tried to activate the plan many times but all the time my transaction is failing. What happened to my number? Please help me !!

Try deactivating the scheme and then re-activate it, maybe that will work!

Dear I have tried it but all the time it is showing " Plan already deactivated ". But when i dial *123*10# then it shows the same validity of the pack.
