"Suppose that you are making a lock and key for an ultra-security safe. Suppose further that your colleague has already designed the lock which opens with a traditional key. (like any door key). You are asked to design the specifications for the key. This lock system goes into every bank vault of XYZ Bank. Would you think the cost of going away from specification for the key should follow Taguchi loss function or traditional loss function? Justify your choice. "
