Collective bargaining is a method of determining the terms and conditions of employment and regulating the employment relationship between representatives of management and employees with the intention to reach an agreement which may be applied to a group of workers.
The things which can be bargained include- wages, hours of work, safety, working conditions etc...

Well, collective bargaining is the settlement of salaries and other circumstances of occupation by an structured body of employees. I am also uploading a document for providing the more detailed information and hope you people would find it useful.
