Our customers can be divided into:

Construction - this can be further divided into:

1. Builders - These are the persons who are actually involved in construction of buildings, theatres, shopping malls & commercial complexes. We aim at establishing a long-term relation with these builders. Thus the person contacted is the builder. The following are the discounts offered to builders:

1. 30% in case of spot payment
2. 27% in case of payment within 30 days
3. 24% in case of payment within 60 days
4. 21% in case of payment within 90 days

Special discount can be offered in case of bulk purchase.
2. Electrical Consultant - A consultant plays a major role in brand promotion.

3. Electrical Contractor - If the builder has given authority to electrical contractor then it is he who buys the cables & wires for the project. The discounts offered to them are lower as there is no assurance that payment will be made within stipulated period.
