Hi to everyone! I am new to this site and very happy to find it because of my MBA! Anyway, I would really appreciate if anybody could help me to start wright my MBA project which is named "TQM -how to implement in company?". I have no experience in TQM and it is not related to my current job so I have no idea where to start. Basically I need some kind of case study how is TQM implemented in some business (i.e. university). Another problem which I face it, is that in my country (BiH) is practically impossible to find any company with TQM implemented, because we are just in process to start implementing ISO standards (very slowly) and there in no books on my own language about TQM so I have to read all this on English. I hope somebody will help me to finally start my project! Thank everyone in advance and apologize for long post!!! Thanks!

TQM is mainly concerned with continuous improvement in all work, from high level strategic planning and decision-making, to detailed execution of work elements on the shop floor. It stems from the belief that mistakes can be avoided and defects can be prevented. It leads to continuously improving results, in all aspects of work, as a result of continuously improving capabilities, people, processes, technology and machine capabilities.
