Hey ankit, thanks for sharing such a nice presentation for explaining the selection process. As we know that the methods which are used to select the most suitable candidates for the job or task is called selection process. Employee Choice is the process of adding appropriate guys on proper job. It is actually a process of coordinating organizational demands together with the qualifications and skills of people. Successful selection can be accomplished only if you find efficient matching. By selecting best candidate for the required job, the organization will get quality performance of employees. Furthermore, business will encounter a smaller amount of absenteeism and worker turn over problems. By selecting right candidate for the required job, organization will also save time and money. Appropriate evaluating of prospects happens during selection method. Every one of the prospective prospects who sign up for the given task are analyzed.
