Today, 24th November has always been very close to my heart. Its the day I started Management Paradise in the year 2004.
I never knew what it meant to be an entrepreneur then. Heck, I probably don't even know it still, but I'm learning!
When I started ManagementParadise.com way back in 2004, I remember calling myself at best an admin ( the term used for people who used to administer websites ). In my second year of graduation, my professor teased me and told me that I wasn't an admin, I was a CEO! He pulled my leg in class playfully whenever I did not know an answer to some question. He said "CEO, tujhe itna bhi nahi aata?" After a while, the whole class took to it and my nickname turned out to be just that!
Friends in my college would yell out CEO, instead of Kartik and pretty soon everyone was looking up to me. I still did not know I was an entrepreneur though. I never called myself one. People started featuring me as one. Media started covering me as one and I started associating with it.
That's how friends, teachers, batchmates, family and people around me started giving to the titles that I am known with and the way the venture would move forward ultimately.
ManagementParadise.com was created bit by bit from the features our community demanded, from suggestions we received from the student community, from professors and teachers sharing their pain points with us, from startup community showing us what best practices we should use.
Quite frankly, ManagementParadise.com is shaped by YOU! by people who supported me, by people who criticised me and motivated me to do better and by people who generously helped me and showed me the right way.
Here are Highlights that made us proud over the past few years :
