hi i m doin mba. n i m pretty confused bout the topic on which i have to make reports. i m doin my training in personnal dept. in RITES. n they havent given me ny specific topic to work on. i m into more of practical work. which deals with resgignation and greviencesof employees . can nybody help me? i wanna know wat to do with reports?

well u need to buil one of ur own den mate it depends which company u doing the questionaire differs u can use MR text book to knw how 2 uild
