'Women Leadership Summit' at IIMA
The Women Leadership Society of IIMA is holding for the first time ever a Women Leadership Summit. The Women Leadership Summit was conceived as a forum where present day leaders and leaders of the future could converge to discuss issues that are pertinent to the workplace and emergence of leadership. The summit is going to be held in association with Confluence 2015.
The theme of the summit is 'Changing Times'. Keeping in mind the rapid changes taking place in the workplace today, distinguished women leaders from diverse domains such as civil services, software technology, social entrepreneurship, pharmaceuticals and consumer care will share their proven leadership principles and practices that led them to the top of their game. They will consider the changing roles of women in business, education and politics, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing women today in positions of authority and how can this be taken to another step.
