How can we forget David Headley the mastermind behind the Taj attack, its seems that now he is ready to co-operate with the Indian investigators.

After such a big show of Mr. David Headley it was sure that the press - particularly of India was a bit frustrated by the delay in providing Indian investigators access to the Lashkar-e-Taiba operative, who has now confessed to his role in the November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks.

Now do you think will David Headley would be treated same as Kasab was or a little different manner like Abu Salim...

Headley's Confession:
"There is no doubt I am an LeT operative who was a part of the conspiracy to wage war against India.

The following LeT men were involved in the planning of 26/11: Hafiz Saeed (chief of LeT), Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi (LeT chief military commander). Middle level commanders like Sajid Mahid, Muzzammil, Abdur Rehman alias Pasha, Abu Alqama, Abu Qahafa, Abu Anas, Abdul Aziz, Abu Hamza (considered to be an India expert who took part in the Bangalore attack of 2005) and Yaqub.

Now would this confession be reasonable justification for punishing Headley? The answer is "No", since it is Indian judiciary system. It would take a long time to confiscate Headley even after his confession.
