How will banning plastic help?
There are several type of plastic bags which are already banned FYI.
Don't see how banning plastic completely will help India. Can you elaborate?

If it is banned without taking into consideration the costs of production of alternatives instead of plastic then the country will face many difficulties.Should plastic also banned in india just like rawanda?:SugarwareZ-135:
If cost efficient alternatives are available and with proper planning and efficiency, Yes plastic should be banned.

People got accustomed to the usage of plastic bags. So it will be difficult to eradicate the usage of plastic bags. There is no other better alternative than plastic bags.If it is banned without taking into consideration the costs of production of alternatives instead of plastic then the country will face many difficulties.

People got accustomed to the usage of plastic bags. So it will be difficult to eradicate the usage of plastic bags. There is no other better alternative than plastic bags.
That's the problem. We need it both ways. We need to use plastic, but we also need to preserve the environment.
