“I know I am hot, but definitely not the cause of global warming.” These are the types of lines usually heard from the blamers, but the consensus is that the ones who don’t do anything themselves often blame it to the next person for the fault in any matter. Same is the case with global warming also. The people who consider themselves not responsible for it are generally seen finding ways as to how to take the responsibility off their shoulders. Be it blaming the United States for its carbon dioxide emissions or the one next door for increasing pollution, they are always ready with an excuse. It is evident that people are not taking global warming as seriously as they should. The news about the Arctic ice melting or the glaciers vanishing is flashed across various channels every now and then, but all that is done by the public is to sit like couch potatoes and view the television!

This surely shows that instead of taking definite steps toward global warming, people remain unconcerned and not bothered. We cannot take global warming for granted as it will be like inviting our own end.
Again, everything has some exception s and hence we see some steps like the Global Cool Movie, Green Carpet at IIFA, Campaigns and rallies. So if we want our future to be secure and want some flora and fauna to be seen by them, we better start working towards this problem now. Its high time that we take steps like public awareness, reforestation and reducing fuel emissions to combat the menace otherwise everyone knows what will happen. There’ll be no use reminiscing afterwards or crying over spilt milk about things we didn’t do now. I think that we all should join our hands together and make this world a better place to live in for ourselves and for the next generations!
