Who benefits from Orientation ?

Who get benefited in orientation program? Employee or Employer?

Well every new entrant, rather everyone who is contacted for recruited is oriented briefly about the company......well i feel both of them are benefited from it but is this the only thing !!

Or is there any other point in your mind?

I think the employer benefits more because if he gives good orientation then the new employees will do a good job at a later date. So, the employer is benefited more.
