Which is Best Specialization in M.B.A:-
There's no best specialization in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like.
Let me give you an example. A person who has a natural talent for sales and promotion would be suited for marketing and a person who has good grasp on numbers would possibly be good in finance. Not to say that a person with good hold on numbers can't be good in marketing or vice versa. If people are one's first love, HR would be a preferred field.
Sometimes, people ask me which pays more and my answer to this question is: "ALL" provided you excel in your chosen field.
I would also strongly suggest you to go and get some work experience before pursuing MBA to get a feel of the different divisions in the organisation and choose your field as per your liking.
Last but not the least, getting a MBA degree doesn't mean you become a great manager. Management is a skill learnt over a period of time and it takes years. MBA is a set of case studies which may help you learn from other's past experiences and help you make informed decisions in your situation. However, the onus of the decisions in the real world still rest on you.
Best of luck!
