I am working for HDFC Bank as a Cashier and have an experience of 4 years, can anybody tell me which course will enhance my career growth and I cant attend regular classes
hmmm... that's a tough question to answer. I think the best way is to look for what you like to do from a long term perspective. Courses will help but if it's something that you don't want to do, it'll eat you up in the long run.
For finance, I'd say take courses in fixed income and securities. They are sure to help
MBA in Finance, you can either do this as distance learning or an join an executive program. Just Inquire with your company, if they have tie-ups with any B-school, which can provide you an opportunity to study further.
NSE has recently launched courses in Equity Research and Issue Management, which will be very helpful for people looking to enter Investment Banking roles and profiles.
I have heard a lot about Green Belt-Six Sigma certification. But I want to talk to a person who has completed this certification/or pursuing it. Want to know about will this help me in CMMI related jobs? Or are these very different fields.
Preferably if a person who has had some experience in this field, it would be really helpful. Because when it comes to this field, I am having very little knowledge.
