"when people are taught to think for themselves then they are less likely to want others to do it for them."
so someone is going to impose their idea of thinking for themself to get people to think for themselves.
a thing that would normally be punished or awarded in society anyway, our layers of sheep labeling sheep labeling etc....
many peoples idea of education is different than others. Plus the forced educating of society is very expensive, and i'm not convinced it has produced anything of proportionate value. Just a larger group of people with louder opinions that feel more virtuous and justified in forcing others to their will.
the expansion of technology will allow people to operate more and more independent of each other giving exponential returns to the growth of technology. Those that wish to find illumination may do so uninhibited of humanities binds.
