I have been working for this great company and our leader has been very open to new concepts and ideas. That's what I admire more about his leadership. Even though the company is U.S based, they are not limited on hiring people at monster.com but they are seeking and accepting people from other countries, hoping for the possibility to bridge the gap and learn new things from us.
They learn from us, we learn from them. A basic give and take process.
There are many good leadership qualities in our boss like good communication skills, good convincing power, patience, new things learning capability and very friendly attitude.
I think self confidence and believe in yourself is the most essential leadership quality. Because without this quality one can not acquire the other important qualities. When you start believing in yourself then people also start following you.
