I think these ATM kiosks should not just be cash dispensers and they should offer other varied services like utility bill payments, and this will help many to avoid the long queues and also it will reduce the need to even get on the net.
where still Internet connectivity is lacking in India, so apart from lending money if bill payments also happens in these ATM's it will be a bit more useful, and also if it could recharge the mobiles balance with the option of different service providers it would be the best part for every one as some time you need it urgently and you find the shops closed, so this would also be very important point if the ATM kiosks has these options.
