Its all depend upon the degree you have taken in your hand. If you were graduate from BE and get the campus selection in TOP MNCs then you should continue the job for 1-2 years. After having experience of 1-2 years you can think about the MBA programs for the further more growth of your career.

Graduation is the main aspects of the every one success without Graduations no one Get knowledge about the main goals. Every one wants to be the B.E from reputed Colleges but someone is not be able to college fees.

i agree with poeples thougts. knowledge you learn in classes are not real until you put it to the real world. you also save money for masters by working first.
