INCOMING GOODS AND INWARDS GOODS Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Goods that are unloaded are to be verified and checked by staff Goods are unloaded off incoming trucks and moved into Inwards Goods Area. (Separate Inwards Goods Into Raw Materials, Shippers and Plastics). 1.1 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? New procedure to be introduced for separation of Raw Materials. 1.2 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011? Train Staff in new procedure. 1.3 – Completion Date – 1/07/2011 Review Project - Monitor and Report on project. Incoming Goods project will ensure all goods are verified and recorded accurately against paperwork. Incoming Goods will be located in appropriate separated areas. Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Inwards Goods are separated in Inwards Goods area and are received by Warehouse Administrator into warehouse locations. QZR for Raw Materials. (Materials Required By Manufacturing). QZP for Packaging Materials. (Bottles, Caps, Pumps, Shippers, Cartons, etc). QZL for Labels (Production Labels, Seals, etc). 2.1 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Warehouse locations and Quarantine Zone need to be created. QZR , QZP , QZL 2.2 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011? Implement and create new or update current procedure for processing of Inwards Goods. 2.3 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011? Train staff in new procedure. 2.4 – Completion Date – 1/07/2011 Review Project - Monitor and Report on project. Inwards Goods project will ensure that goods are easily available for sampling and testing. QUARANTINE ZONE AND SAMPLING ROOM IMPROVEMENTS Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 When Samples of Raw Materials have been taken, the Raw Materials are then located into Quarantine Zones. QZ01A to QZ01E , QZ02A to QZ02E QZ03A to QZ03E , QZ04A to QZ04E QZ05A to QZ05E , QZ06A to QZ06E QZ07A to QZ07E , QZ08A to QZ08E 3.1 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Quarantine Zone to be allocated in warehouse and locations (QZ011 to QZ085), to be created on WINMAGI system. 3.2 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011? Implement and create new or update current procedure for processing of Sampled Materials. 3.3 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011? Train staff in new procedure. 3.4 – Completion Date – 1/07/2011 Review Project - Monitor and Report on project. Creating Quarantine Zones allows staff to have a better view of the raw materials waiting for a ‘PASSED’ status. This will also aid in determining the length of time that raw materials sit waiting for the ‘PASSED’ status to be given. Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Sampling Room needs new tools to improve staff safety. (Right Tool For The Right Job). Sampling Room staff needs better PPE. - Better Breathing Mask. - Better Lighting. - Lighting On Separate Switch. Sampling Room venting needs attention to improve the positive pressure. 4.1 – Completion Date – 15/05/2011 Tools for Sampling Room to be investigated and purchased. 4.2 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Breathing Mask to be purchased. 4.3 – Completion Date – TBA Lighting switches to be installed. 4.4 – Completion Date – TBA Log Book to be created to log cleaning in between sampling as per TGA Audit. 4.5 – Completion Date – 30/06/2011 Implement and create new or update current procedure for processing of Sampled Materials. 4.6 – Completion Date – 30/06/2011 Train staff in procedure. 4.7 – Completion Date – 1/07/2011 Review Project - Monitor and Report on Project. QUARANTINE ZONES Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Once Raw Materials have been sampled for testing the Raw Material is then located in a Quarantine Zone until ‘PASSED’ status has been given. When ‘PASSED’ Status has been given the Raw Material is then located into the warehouse and recorded in WINMAGI system. 5.1 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Quarantine Zone to be allocated in warehouse and locations clearly labelled. 5.2 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Implement and create new or update current procedure for processing of Inwards Goods. 5.3 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011? PICKING PROCEDURES Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Production pick slips to be placed in labelled trays. (i.e. Monday tray will have Tuesday’s production pick slips). All picked Materials will be picked then moved into Production Line Holding Bays. 6.1 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Pick slip trays to be created and labelled. 6.2 – Completion Date – 15/04/2011? Production Line holding bays to be created in Production area. 6.3 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Implement and create new or update current procedure for picking materials. 6.4 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Train staff in new procedure. 6.5 – Completion Date – 01/07/2011 Review Project - Monitor and Report on Project. This project will speed up the picking process. Project will also help to limit the amount of foot traffic in warehouse area and will benefit the Production Team by having all the required material close to the Production Area. Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 All ‘RELEASED FOR SUPPLY’ labels will be applied to pallets of Finished Goods. ‘RELEASE FOR SUPPLY’ labels will be applied to Finished Goods at time of issue from QA Department. 7.1 – Completion Date – 01/04/2011? This project will make sure that all Finished Goods have ‘RELEASED FOR SUPPLY’ labels are applied to goods at the time of issue from the QA Department.

WAREHOUSE HOUSKEEPING Proposed Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Pallets of Packaging in this area are taking up space required for Finished Goods. 8.1 – Completion Date – 18/03/2011? Calculate quantity of NON Finished Goods pallets in area. Pallet Count – 130+ 8.2 – Completion Date – TBA Start moving pallets out of Temp. Control Room. 8.3 – Completion Date – 31/05/2011 Retrain staff in SOP. 8.4 – Completion Date – 01/07/2011 Review Project - Monitor and Report on Project. All pallets of Packaging and pallets of Non Finished Goods will be removed from this area and re-located into other warehouse locations, this will allow more Finished Goods to be stored where they are meant to be. Proposed Completion Date – TBA Idea proposed we have a board with clips on it for all ‘PASSED’ Labels and ‘RELEASED FOR SUPPLY’ labels. 9.1 – Completion Date – TBA?
