What do you think is the ideal way of getting justice...

There are times when we have to fight for our rights..

but can this also be attained from non- violence and peace..?? do people take advantage of such people....??

What kind of person are you....

Aggressive and violent
or
Nonviolent and peace loving...

Well it is hard to say that which type of person i am
Yes i support peace and non-violence but not all time. Its not necessary that everything you get with peace and non violence.
Ex- Gandhiji's principle of non violence says that if someone slaps you you should give him chance to you once again. But there is also a saying that tolerating the things which are wrong and are harassing someone is biggest crime.
I love peace but to remain peacefully we have to become violent sometimes or we must change our self with situation.

Well i'm mixed of both. Though i would prefer peace and non-violence. But being being aggressive helps sometimes.
Aggression is okay if its without violence.

absoutely gurpreet, one should change according to the situation, upto some extent.

one should voilent to teach something to duffer(for ex:- mother's do's to their kid)

one should voilent to teach how to behave (for ex:- school master to student)

one should voilent to teach to respect the system(for ex:-police to criminal)

one should voilent to save his/her selfrespect (for ex:-honest man/women to ruthless world).

after all selfrespect is everything for every individual.

thankx

non violence is still relevant, as violence breeds violence, perseverence thru non violence to get justice is the right way in a democratic setup

It is one thing to unite in protest AGAINST something unwanted, but a new era of humanity and possibility is upon us and the time is right to define it.

What is this thing called Peace that so many demand? And where in the world can it be found? The answer is simple and profound. Peace, in its purest form, is found in the depth of your own being, and can only be attained through genuine sincerity.

As Gandhi said, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." If you want true peace in the world, you must find true peace within. To personally embody the change is the only real and lasting choice.

violence threaten not only our physical safety, they also "diminish our sense of community and suppress civic engagement by fostering civic distrust," making organizing around any issue much more difficult.

Just give me the answer of a simple question: When you are captured with a tiger, how would you remain alive? Will you make him friend and discuss peacefully or take some violent action to get rid of that? So sometimes we have to run on the path of violence in order to save our serenity.
