view on blasts? any solutions to law and order?

Recently many blasts happened in India. law and prder system went for toss. Police got the information before the blast but still no result. many lives lost.
but its easy to blame system. do you have solution that is practical and achievable to maintain the peace and bring law and order into line? what to do to motivate police force to put their best and what could be done to involve even the common man in the system?

yes! there is a solution, whoever is caught behind those blasts, there should be a no tolerance policy towards the...implement it and see the results!
 
terror attacks r an indicator of dehumanisation of mankind.................they must b stopped at all costs....................
