US has turned out to be the biggest training ground for mid-career and senior Indian bureaucrats who have completed atleast 9 yrs of service.

Does this prove tht India lacks some quality education?
 
yup india really lacks but not because there is no talent but because there are no proper facilities and also nobody holds accountability
