I am Ritu and am new to this forum. I am doing MBA in HR and currently undergoing my summer training.
My project is to compare the recruitment and selection process of different manufacturing organizations with special emphasis on E-Recruitment and Psychometric tools used in recruitment.
The companies I have targetted so far inculde Maruti, Asahi Glass, Honda Motors and Sona Koyo.
It would be of great help if anyone (who has worked in or is currently employed in these manufacturing organization or some other like auto or consumer goods etc or someone who is doing a similar project) could provide me information regarding the use of psychometric tools and e-recruitment at their companies.
