Well; the date where everything goes wrong....i'll know she's the one for me...and there are slight chances she'd be thinking the opposite...:P

Put simply...a date that goes smooth from beginning to the end. However, since this is the first date, don't go to a movie. The purpose of the first date is for you two to learn more about each other. So go out for coffee, or to dinner. Someplace simple so you two can talk. : ) Even something simple like going for a walk in the park has it's charm.
