UPSEE 2014 Application Form will most probably be accessible to the candidates in month of March 2014. It will be available to the interested students in both online and offline mode. The form must be filled in order to register for UPSEE 2014 entrance exam. The applicants must not fill the form if they don’t meet the eligibility criteria for the exam.
Offline [/b]
Accessing the UPSEE 2014 Application Form: [/b]
It must be bought from the Head Post Offices of Uttar Pradesh. It will be available there from time around in the month of March 2014.
- Application fee for General, OBC will be Rs.1000/-
- Application fee for SC/ST, Women will be Rs.500/-
Filling of the application form:
- Only Black Ball Point pen must be used by the candidate while filling details in the form.
- The circles provided to select options must be darkened by using HB pencil only.
- Only single option must be marked wherever options are provided.
- Photograph must not be self attested.
- The instructions provided must be read properly before fill the form and form must be filled as per those guidelines only.

Process for filling online UPSEE 2014 Application Form is given here:
- The Application Form will be available in the offline mode form time around February 2014.
- The forms will be hosted by the official site.
- The felicitation centers will be provided to the candidates, for all kinds of help.
- The candidate must recheck the application form before submitting the application form.
- Candidate will have an option provided on screen as review button to check the information filled in the form.
- On clicking the submit button a unique key will be generated for each candidate.
- This Unique key must be preserved by the candidate till the whole process of admission is over.
- At the next step the candidate has to pay the application fee in any of the following modes:
Submission of Online Application Form:
- Candidates must review the information filled in the form and click the submit button after paying the application fee.
- On submission of the application form a unique registration key will be generated, which must be preserved by the candidate.
Payment Modes[/b]
Other then cash payment or demand draft the candidate may also opt any of the following payment mode:
Bank Challan
The candidates will submit the fee at bank. The receipt must be signed by the bank.
A transaction number will be provided by the bank.
The candidate will have to fill the transaction number on the challan.
The candidate must then move to the next step that is submission of the application form. The UPSEE 2014 Application form will be assumed submitted only after the verification of the fee deposit by the University.
Online payment mode
The candidate may also choose credit or debit card as the option to pay the application fee. After filling the information online in the application form, the candidate will be asked to pay the fee. Online payment mode through credit/debit card or internet banking must be opted. After paying the fee, click on the submit button.
UPSEE 2014 Confirmation Page:
When the candidate will click on the submit button after completing all the formalities properly, a confirmation page will be generated on the screen.
- The candidate must get the print out of this confirmation page.
- One copy of this confirmation page must be sent to the university.
- Other copy must be preserved by the candidate with himself/herself.
- The candidate will have to fix the photograph on the confirmation page as instructed.
- The confirmation page must be completed by putting thumb impression and signature of candidates it as per the guidelines in information brochure.
