We have become quite helpless with none of the leaders coming to the aid of the students.. and even the intellectual one, our PM Dr. Singh turning a deaf ear to the demand of the students. Even after the resignation of the members of the knowledge commission, our PM has done nothing! He has put his party interests before the national interests.
At this juncture, all we can do is the increase the aggitation and try to involve as many people as possible in this revolution.

Many of us can't really participate in this cause actively, but can surely do our bit, so that we feel we have done something too.

One hope, that is still there is our prez Dr. Kalam. We at Mp.com can still become a gr8 power and urge the prez to take necessary action.

How can we do that?

Let this amazing power of Mp.com show its magic and strike a gong on the prez's inbox . Let each and every member at Mp.com write to the prez, until his email box is full and the webmasters have a tough time, controlling the mails.

Stand together, come forward, it is not just one person who can bring the revolution but if we get together, we can teach them something, and do remember one more thing friends, next time when u go for voting choose the right person, and most of all plz do vote. If u dont like any candidate than ask them for form 49'O and vote in that, this form means that u have rejected all candidates and if there are majority of this form they have to reconduct elections. So come together and fight.

A well made point by Akash....People r not aware of this voting right that they can reject all if they want...please educate people regarding their rights and tell them together we can make a diffrence...in in nepal...people can discard morachy ...then y not v..

when the govt constituted a committee to look into idiot singh's proposal...i thght that they are trying to postpone the matter. but the alacrity with which they have suddenly made it official just 2 days later dashed all hopes...no consultation with any protestors..nothing @ all...just politics....ohh how I hate those blood suckers

Our Preseident though an intelligent person, is just an titular head. Do u think he does not know the actual situation. Do u think he is happy with reservation coming in? or for that matter do u think Manmohan Singh is happy abt reservations...they are not but they have to go ahead with political compulsions...As I said before I have become a big time pessimist

i know that... but that doesnt mean that we can't do anything or we have to sit still?

yes I'm hoping for a miracle...smthng bad shud happen to all our politicians or as I call them blood suckers...maybe tey may get amnesia or smthng like that so that a new smart generation can take over...I wud be d happiest person ever :bigsmile:

I dun think one post or one email is enough. See, its not that the prez is unaware of whatz going on in the country... Rather he has appealed to the demonstrating students to be gratified with what the govt. is offering...:SugarwareZ-064:

But we need to remind him, that he has been a teacher once and should know the value of education, better than these hypocritical morons... Even though, he is only a titular power, yet, he has the influence. So, lets flood his email box with as many mails as possible. It might not achieve much, but nothing wrong in giving it a try..

I think flooding his mail box wont effect him much coz we are not the only one posting him mails but there are lakhs of students who hjave already being doing this since past many days, but we all know the result.

Well....sitting at remote lcations how can v show our strenght dear....i think it;s the mass that matters now....how many people r with u it's all abt that...today in delhi a rally is going to be organized...hope that will show a proper strenght and make us visible....
Someone said abt president....he seems no good man....not a single comment from him.....if they r soo helpless and can;t handle the situation...then they r not fit for the post....our PM...could b genius as a economics proff...buttt pitty...zero as a PM!!

Besides this any act or ammendment has to be signed by the president to become a lay and he has the power to return it to parliament to reconsider it however Kalam seems just to want to be a rubber stamp of the UPA or he has gone old and therefore become senile if he cannot see the negative effect that reservations are going to have on our country.

Ps :I have heard that Dr Rajendra Prasad the Father of reservations in India had himself set a timeline for reservations and it was also present in the original constitution any one who has a copy of this please send it to me.

i know that dear... but then let it be a means to voice our opinion. Do we lose anything? We can either participate actively or remotely... Let us do both.

I am ashamed at the audacity of our politicians - First of all the dumbass Arjun Singh has been invited to Saudi Arabia - to help them develop their schools system :bump:.
Secondly - despite such open revolts and calls for a improper treatment no politician has responded and let election time come they will use it to ask for votes - it is an utter shame.
