U.N. approves high seas crackdown on Libya arms embargo

(Reuters) - The United Nations Security Council on Tuesday unanimously authorized a crackdown on arms smuggling in the high seas off Libya by allowing the inspections of vessels for illicit weapons.<div class="feedflare">
