We have seen that except for a few character artists like Boman Irani , Nasiruddin Shah , Om puri , and Rajpal Yadav – who can do well in both anti-social and unpleasant roles ; the ones who set television and cinema screen on fire , are the ones who have a certain charm –that’s pulls people towards their acts like red-ants to syrup.[/b]
[/b]
This attraction is not only limited to the silver screen and the stages ; it carries forward into their public and personal lives. It becomes fairly visible from the way they carry themselves , the way they talk , they stay mum , they make a stand etc that they are like a positively charged particle – pulling people of negative charge towards them (make a note of this analogy) and cutting across the competition by repelling the other positive charges. [/b]

So , if being induced by a charge (not literally , I am not here to electrocute you ! ) can get you laurels , why doesn’t everyone get on the bandwagon and go for it ?[/b]
[/b]
Well the reason is most people actually don’t know how to do it. First let us revise what we learnt in High school physics class. It was taught that every charge has a field around it. This field is a measure of how many people are immersed in your charisma. [/b]
[/b]
Now many people have a misconception that this field we spoke of is directly proportional to your appearance and or –your age. But that is so wrong – that the definition of wrong in the webster’s dictionary will pop out of the pages and smack you in the face. There are actually many little old unwittingly charming women that will make lingerie models bite their nails and grow anorexic in a week. ( If they already haven’t been there)[/b]

There is little to no reason to put yourselves down because of your mirror. In fact I suggest that you give it a wisecrack or two – on a daily basis to keep it in check. It drove Snow white’s stepmother crazy ; don’t let it mess with your sanity.[/b]
[/b]
Instead we all should strive to take what is inside and make it shine – like the stars ; who have a fusion reaction going on at heir core. This fusion is what keeps it alive for millions of years. If we can ignite a perennial source of energy like that within us;The world will be ours to grab on to !!![/b]
[/b]
Now that inner glow needs a fuel. In case of stars they have a large infinitesimal amount of hydrogen at their disposal. We on the other hand , are not so fortunate. We have to cultivate our own energy source. It will start flowing once you :[/b]
[/b]
1 . Maintain an outer glow , however dim it may seem to you : [/b]
[/b]
For doing this you have to visualize the field that we initially talked about. You have to envelop yourself in the positivity of thoughts and think that you can manipulate and fluctuate your field anyway you want it. [/b]
[/b]
Then you have to learn to manifest your field onto the incoming charges ( people). It will be a piece of cake once you are bubbling with enthusiasm and optimism. People will naturally conform to your thoughts , seek approval , and gather around you for counsel in case of dire need – as positive charges attract negative charges ; it is the rule of physics isn’t it ?[/b]
[/b]
2 . Keep a Shri Krishna- like smile:[/b]

Did you see the earliest 1988-94 versions of Mahabharata and Krishna on Doordarshan. The actors they picked as Krishna had a 24/7 smile on their face. Their whole face and most importantly their eyes implored you to listen to their discourse.[/b]
[/b]
What most people do, is to barely smile with their lips. That is not enough and insincere at the best. You have to feel like smiling from inside; or convince yourself that – before you put a smile on your face. The best smiles always are supplemented by through support system from all the other facial muscles. [/b]
[/b]
There is a thin line between a smirk , a smile and a grin . A smirk is a smile with a sudden full stop in between – or a semi-colon , it is seen as a symbol of cynicism and sarcasm. A smile is a vibrant flow of optimism from the individual through the medium of his facial expressions to the immediate world outside , and lastly a grin is a smile which has passed its prime and is like an old man wishing to jump in the pool with Victoria’s secret -models.
