* Try Being More Patient With Yourself and Others

There are a blend of behaviors with the D/Dominance and
C/Compliance within the same person. Both parts of their
internal motivation is task-oriented, but their frustration
levels are high much of the time and the tragedy here is they
themselves don't usually know what's causing it.
Once they understand that within themselves are these
conflicting behaviors, they can get off their judgmental case
against themselves and begin to be more tolerant of
themselves.
The best way to overcome conflict is to first and foremost
understand it.
Their D part wants results right here and now with no further
delays, period. But their C part is saying internally to
them, "Hey, don't rush me! I don't have enough information to
make the decision yet. What's the hurry? "
You can imagine the turmoil these opposing forces all sitting
in one person could cause for them when gone unidentified and
unattended to. So, the key here is to observe that possiblity
within yourself so you can relieve the aggravation of
frustration around it and to notice it in others you need to
communicate with because it can be confusing again to you in
your success with them.
