hey i hv got one query regarding my tybms 100 marks project. i have got three topics in mind which are performance 360 appraisal, manpower planning and interpersonal relations but im not being able to decide one out of these.sp could u suggest me any two of these topics which might be beneficial for my 100 marks project? and if u have some other topics could juz mail me back those also if u think that those are better than these.

Hey der khyati da best option according to me would be 360 infact u can hv a glance at the notes dwn here to get more info on the same

Second option would be Interpersonal relations..!! As u would be able to find loads of primary data on this 1..!!

hey khyati according to me u should select from the following two options
1) 360 appraisal
2) interpersonal relationship

but u have nt mentioned that, in which subject u have more interest. u should fisrt tell me that in which area u wanted to specialise further. it means after doing ur BMS, in which area u suppose to enter eg.- finance, marketing, HR etc. tell me that first then i wil send u list of topics according to ur interest. k!

ney hello to all this is jassi here wish you all the best for your bms 6 th semister exams. may god bless you all ans take care reach exam centers before time .ans never leave your papers blenk write some or the other thing related to topic and attempt all the questions thewn no one can stop you from getting a bms degree.

well...khyati...go for Interpersonal Relations and then i would suggest 2nd ...Performace 360 appraisal...coz 2nd topic...is a lil common type n might hv been done by many or few...but nt in the case of 1st one...n 1st one newyz...is an awesome innovative topic..

hi! i m deepal i m in tybms v have an project for hr interview, i m really confused which topic i should approach is either performance appraisal or the characteristics or functions of Hr manager 4 particular firm, i hope anybody here would help me
