I think less the people more responsibly they work.The sense of responsibility is lost in BIG groups. People tend to shove their work on others.I personally like working alone or in small groups of like-minded and equally passionate people.

I agree.. If we work independently, it will take less time and if something goes wrong, we know we are the ones to be blamed but in case of working in a team, if anyone makes a mistake, the blame keeps passing on... You will never be satisfied with the work your whole team does.. you may have some or the other regrets.. If we have a right team with masters in diversified fields, then the proverb doesnt work.

it depends on the type of work like if its smoething like bull work its better to work alone as we cannot wait for someone to finish the work ...if its something like brain storming and getting ideas then the conflicts between the team members will give out more ideas
