Get up 15 minutes earlier each morning. That gives you a little more time to eat something, run back to get something you forgot, or enjoy a cup of coffee before heading out the door. If you drive to work, a 15 or 20 minute head start may decrease some of the traffic you face, and make the commute less stressful
 
The best way to immediately reduce stress is drink a glass of cold water and take a deep breadth. Then think about the worst thing and the best thing that can happen in the situation that you are worried about. What will you do when the worst thing happens and how will you cope with it. Remember that everything happens for the best and everything becomes alright in the end. If its not alright, its not the end.
 
On a wooden ply or sheet, nail abot 10-20 nails continuously with a hammer , this would help tackle ur stress.. bt plz be careful!!
