Lying there on the hospital bed with her eyes shut, body covered in a white blanket and with nurses and doctors surrounding her and anxious and tragedy stricken parents waiting outside the ICU and a whole nation guarding her back and praying for her , gives us an impression what the girl faced a few hours ago. I am talking of our beloved “gudiya”who was raped and molested a few hours ago. What caused these goons or may I say “”the devils servants “to rape a five year old girl in the capital of Delhi. What were they thinking when they did this. What caused them to do harm to others.
This is not a picture talking about a certain part of a country but is a picture telling us what is happening in our entire country. This trauma has not being inflicted on a single girl but this trauma is now being faced by the entire citizens of India. All of us have been inflicted with anger when we heard about this tragedy that had taken place. This incidence or these incidences which are happening in the entire country has infuriated us and has boiled our anger to such an extent that there is no way of coming out of it or forgetting about it.
Our country which is known as the most beautiful place in this world has finally showed its ugly face. Why do we let these things happen in our country, how can we tolerate these things from happening and what is the government doing to let these thing happen. The question is where the law in this case is. How can stop these mishappenings in our country from taking place.
Our country has no doubt shown anger and frustration but we want to know what the government is doing to stop these tragedies from taking place. We should know that everything does not rest on the government but it also rests on us individually. We must taking a step, we must unite, form social institutions, take part in social activities and start not depending on the government for everything. Sometimes we should take things in our own hands and change the course of action. Its the people who should not be scared of the people but the government should be scared of its people.
Finally I would like to say that lets start taking steps to make our country, our India a better place to live , free from all kinds of calamities’ and all kinds of social problems so e can see a better and brighter and a shining India ahead of us. LET’S MAKE A CHANGE.
