The Seven Mistakes of Narendra Modi which you must not make
Narendra Modi - an aspiration to India, a Future potential Prime Minister of this country, slated to be a top contender in politics, an aspiration for India that is breaking and is in the hands of the worst form of governance, is looked upon as one who would show us the pathway to a better India, if understood so. But who is Narendra Modi...actually and why should we talk about the mistakes of this leader. The reason is because what big leaders do eventually trickles down in our lives. Politics is a place that management has always looked into, and will continue to do so.
Narendra Modi is not a man whom you can pull out faults and mistakes from, because his tongue is a two-edged sword. One way to get someone to pull him is to speak to his opposition. Hoever, there are certain things that are seen in a person that could be used as experiences to better ourselves.
1 - Narendra Modi is a instigator and an agitator. He bears the burden of causing communal violence in Gujarat. The figths that took place between Hindus and Muslims was a waste of time, money and life. The Gujarat riots are not something people like to talk about.
How to we relate this to management, or in an office for that matter - Every possible must be taken to organize an office and the people within. People creating differences in the name of race, creed, caste or for that matter grouping themselves out are causing problems in the overall productivity of the company.
2- Narendra Modi - a heartless person did not bother to concern himself with the city at the time it burned. On the contrary, he used inflammatory language and said this was an act of terrorism. So, imagine a leader who instead of being concerned of the people and addressing their concerns, goes on verbal bashing to hurt people’s sentiments and cause more chaos. Do you want a leader like this to be in charge in an organization??? Imagine the damage he could do.
3- The Lack of concern - of Narendra Modi post the Godhra riots in restoring the city. Most of the work was done by NGO’s and activists. Modi was never present at the time
With the people. A Irresponsible leader who had hidden away at the time of taking responsibility. A good leader to have in your time of Crisis !!!!
4 - Developing the State - Narendra Modi had developed the State of Gujarat, but recordsay that he did it only for the middle class and the rich. The poor were marginalized. This type of leader can be likened to leaders in management who work for the people whom only they can benefit from. These leaders form groups and open doors to fraud and corruption.
5 - Narenda Modi is a chief strategist of his party, and with the above points you can see how well he can work to uplift his image. He sat through the time Gujarat was built and positioned himself at the right time as the face of the "Vibrant Gujarat" to eastablish himself as
a person who could show the good he had done and do away with his mis-deeds. Total role-model of a leader we can look up to.
6 - Narendra Modi - has never been concerned about the people, but himself. He does not empathise with the adivasis and slum - dwellers whom he continues to marginalize. Empathy is something that must be seen in a leader of a company, or he will not be a good judge of people.
7 - Narendra Modi - has not done enough to make minorities in his own state, so what would he do for the county if he becomes Prime Minister with so many minorities - a management leader would meet people from all walks of life, he has to deal with them, no matter what - he cannot ignore them.
