The Age Game!

It's amazing! It really works! Some mathematician must have been really bored! O.K. Lets' start. Make sure not to scroll to the bottom of the page before you finshed the claculation. It only takes approximately 30 seconds to try this one.

Don't forget not to look at the answer until you have worked out the math first!

1. First of all, pick the number of days in a week that you would like to go out to dinner.

2. Multiply this number by 2.

3. Add 5.

4. Multiply it by 50.

5. If you have already had your birthday this year, add 1756. If you haven't, add 1755.

6. Last step: Subtract the four digit year that you were born.

DOES THE NUMBER LOOK FAMILIAR?

Now see your results below:

RESULTS:

You should now have a three digit number:
The first digit is the original number you picked!
(i.e. how many days you want to go out to dinner each week).

The second two digits are your age!

It really works!

You'll notice that if you use zero as your original number, you'll only get your age.

Okay let's try it -
1. I pick 3
2. 3 × 2 = 6
3. 6 + 5 = 11
4. 11 × 50 = 550
5. 550 + 1756 = 2306
6. 2306 - 2002 = 304

Okay, so 3 was the letter I picked yes.
But my age ain't right :(((
I'm not 4 :((
