Mobile phobia is increasing day by day. Smartphone is now become the important aspect of life. Smartphone are now become equalant to best friend for us. Life is more sharing with smartphone than anything else.
The dependency on smartphone drastically increased. For each task we are depended on smartphone.
Extream use of smartphone leads to Smartphone phobia. This condition later leads to depression and mental disorder too.

If rechecking your phone again again is major symptoms for this. If you feel anxious or restless when your smartphone is not near you, this indicates that you may have a technology addiction.

#1: NO texting while driving.
Kindly have this rule that you wont make or pick any call while driving. We all knew talking on phone while driving most dangerous than drinking and drive. So, for safety of you and others, make this rule mandatory and you follow this very strictly. if you feel you can't skip the some important call than better park car aside and talk and go..or else put status on WhatsApp and Facebook that your driving car or make call before or after you drive.
#2: No entry for smartphone inside bathroom.
Seriously!! this is very annoying for me. I am very cluelesss here why people need smartphone in bathroom where you suppose to engage in some other task and your hand barely free.
Another reason is at bathroom or washroom thier is vast amounts of germs which can crawling on your phone and that you carry whole day with you and spread germ for cold, cough or anything else.
You may wash your hands what is use if your phone is dirty, germ on it.
So give some rest to your smartphone and do clean job only at bathroom...
#3. NO MULTITASKING WITH PHONE
Most smartphone lover are do every task with mobile. These smarties are keep checking phones at counter to either order or check-out, or while shopping smartphone is with you virtually. This annoy teller and person who is with you for shopping.
So better you don't use phone when it is not required. And concentrate on work or task you do..
#4 No phone use during sex.....

Best way to start practicing is start mobile in bag. Use it when it required or in intervals. This also prevent you from many other disease happening because of mobile.

One of the tough but best way to avoid mobile phobia is just leave phone at home.
Though you use to it so this may be annoy you.
May be you suffer from panic attack, missing your best friend may reduce your breath or dizziness.

Yes i too agree that technology make life better but that doesn't mean it ruled on you. Let's do few changes in life and give priority to people around us. let's play with nature insteaded of having King of Persia or temple run on mobile. It is better to go gym or do exercise than having gym apps or diet apps on smartphone.
WhatsApp, facebook, twitter can be great source of getting in touch with person who stay very far, but instead of doing virtually if you met them in real sense is more worth and progressive.
