It usually happens a person who is technically skilled develops his / her communication skills over the time or perhaps he / she may have those inherent to.

Technical skills are like the pizza base and common are like pizza toppings, so pizza toppings are totaly useless widout a pizza base.

I think both are important because a candidate with excellent technical skill along with the communication skill get distinction in every field. But it%u2019s a rarely find that a candidate who presents with a good combination of both. Also it much more depends upon the recruiting professionals what%u2019s more important for them.
