u can always host the image on some file hosting servers like imageshack.... instead of uploading them to MP servers......

Hi gaurav1987,
if u have an image file (.jpg or png, gif, etc) then select the "file" option and click on browse and click upload. You will get various links there.... u can choose "Direct link to the image" and then goto ur post and then click on attach image button from the toolbar.... copy paste the link there and voila! the image will appear in ur post.

In ur case, the image was in word, so i copied the image onto paint and saved it as a jpg (it also reduces the size as compared to bmp) and then follow the procedure above.
