First thanks to Management Pradise.Com... It is great to share my Summer Internship done in 2008..
After reading the entire article you will come to know that how exactly I experienced my Summer Interns (Job)
I have done my summer internship in one of State Bank. From that Branch three staff member who helps me to complete my interns. My duty time was 8am to 8pm.
My guider was a Branch - Sr. Manger, who helps me in how to analyze the data to approve or not the Working Capital application, ratio and each ratios meaning. How this ratios represents the particular company’s fund liquidation status. Under his supervision I learnt Working Capital Management and also learnt the entire process of working capital requisition.
Other side there is Madam who assists Sr. Manager. That time other bank staff gives me there work as they are not good in Software skill as I am. She taught me that there are people comes to your way for their own mean but think twice before say “Yes”. It’s good to help other but currently your priority is you’re Interns where you have to learn more in less time of spam.
Chief Manager of that Branch was helped in preparing my project. That time every day he asks me about my whole day work and how I will I conclude it in paper. From Chief Manager I learnt how to work under supervision.
Those days I used to share my experience with my own friends who also placed in same bank’s other branches. But they are not as satisfied as I was.
My manager told me your learn ability will take you there where u wants to go…
Unfortunately I was I'll for 2 weeks during my Internship (2 months) but won’t affect on my completion of project. Bank Staff helps me lot.
Internship is place where one can do his/her own SWOT Analysis and accordingly starts working on own Goal.
Learning is the only thing in the world which you can do again and again, more you learn more you satisfied and more you experience.
