Stress can make you sick - very sick! Research has convincingly demonstrated that if you're not happy at work and you work under excessive stress you will become ill. Job insecurity, long hours culture, stressful commute, work overload, autocratic management are just a few of the pressures people face in the workplace. Technology built to make life easier generates techno-stress. Many people work over 60 hours a week and this exhausting schedule can have devastating consequences for family relationships. Long hours in a stressful environment can damage productivity and destroy work life balance.

Its is also evident in the recent times that the Business leaders are undergoing increasing stress so has that helped the Economy to grow.Today the Competition has rised and every individual wants to give his best and it has resulted in most busy and tough schedule.What do u think??
 
Stress is the inability to handle pressures. It is harmful and renders an individual useless. Here are some tips or mindsets to live by to cope with stress:
1. Sh*t happens - accept it. Don't dwell on it, just accept it... helps you move on faster.
2. Move on - see #1, tell yourself it happens to the best of us. Bill Gates is not invincible.
3. Set a Solutions-based mindset - so sh*t already hit the fan, try finding solutions NOW.
