State of States: Does the same party government help

The myth of same party government at Centre and States being good for people is not being analyzed and/or reported. This is often made to be a big selling/talking point by Netas who harp of 'effectiveness of coordination' in such a scenario. Therefore it is incumbent upon independent commercial news media which diligently allows its services to 'sell' the point to voters to bring out relevant data so that its independence is not put to question by people like yours' truly in social media or even those who claim to be holding the torch of new politics in their safe hands, at a high.
What a cursory look at accumulated 'raddi' of last few months will depict to any 'reader' is that the states where 'opposition' is in power are attempting to launch a lot of project. This will include not only 'foundation stone' laying ceremony but 'dedication' to public as well. If the rationale proposed by 'commercial news media' under the influence of Netas were to be correct, then number of 'projects being dedicated to people' for states where same party is in power as in the centre would have gone up. One can sense that centre or their agencies may not be wanting to left behind besides same party states projecting their local leadership's achievements to prove their business potential to larger the audience, however not any new projects/proposals. This is because Centre has been a hurdle all these years and nearly one year of same party rule would have ironed out a lot of glitches and brought these public convenience projects to fruition. That metrics are no longer being harped upon to indicate relative position of states in commercial news media and therefore relative performance can only be conjectured based on individual's interpretation.
While there have been big-bang noise about rise of entrepreneurship in India and a march towards 'ease of doing business' which is being promoted vigorously from the highest level. Even the Samajvadis of all taint and hues are now convinced that unemployment is one of the biggest issues and their current position is in marked deference from the earlier position where imported laptops or domestic cycles were expected to swing votes for them in large numbers. However what Netas are doing to promote the new entrepreneurs is still not visible to larger public. This is even while their focus on infra projects is visible however such projects especially those in the foundation stage take a large time to fruition and during the development phase contracts may not actually be benefitting the new entrepreneurs. What is visible of course is the bureaucrats within the system including goons still out their to fleece new entrepreneurs even with all the noise and the trembling Netas clutching to their chairs which is becoming increasingly difficult to hold and justify their claims for the Netas, irrespective of the parties they may be representing.
Then we of course have continuance of 'contractors' nexus for different mining contracts, public work contracts and licenses. We also find continued smooth sailing of land use conversions for the political haves without whose services development will become so cumbersome. All this despite continuance of attempts to invite investments for the 'Make in India' buzz in different states may be with some different sloganeering. How and when the projects as per transformation agenda will start to witness 'foundation ceremonies' as well as dates for initial projects being 'dedicated to public' is not known yet, however we have almost unlimited number of champions in our Neta Brigade from top to bottom who have claims towards championship of the 'movement' and their unlimited justification for seeking political positions including executive powers and may sometimes also include personal relationships amongst new and past Netas as well as media push for those perceived to be media friendly. It seems that the Netas as well as Commercial news media for present are comfortable with public decision being taken in this manner till they receive some other jolt.
