Subsistence food for millions - Rice and Wheat is now is an easy prey to them. All rhetoric about food sovereignty, food security evaporates into thin air as soon as speculators smell profit.
Result of speculation is either over sowing or under cultivation due to wrong signals to the cultivators. All nations are helpless before them. Can government ruin the speculators ?
