What do you all think is most important for a CAREER IN IT??SOFT SKILLS or TECHNICAL SKILLS

In my opinion, Technical Skillset is the most important. Soft-Skills come later. One of the greatest engineers of our times, Steve Wozniak admitted that he wasn't very good at soft skills. But he changed the world.
 
You cannot get proper position or job if you are very good in any one kind of above said skill i.e. Technical and soft skills instead you should know how to mix these two to produce effective result, then only you will get good position and this combination has the power to take you at the top.
 
the first is technical skills without which u cannot perform but if only u have soft skills , u will able to express ur technical skills
 
In my opinion, it depends. Sometimes, U need to be good at both to be a successwful person, and sometyms, just good at technical skills would be enough, but in that case, U need to be really damn good in your technical skills, to be put up on the level of ppl who wud b gud at both...
